Millins Beef Burgers
Mix some coarse beef mince with finely chopped onion, some crushed garlic, some chilli powder, chopped coriander, parsley, basil, and some salt & pepper.
Shape your burgers and throw them on the barbeque for a quick and delicious weekend supper…
Millins Mustard Pork Chops
Fry your seasoned pork chops. Once they are done, leave them to rest, drain away the fat from the pan and add some Marsala. Return the pan to the heat and let the alcohol burn off. At a low simmer add some double cream and a spoonful or two or your favourite mustard and some extra black pepper.
Spoon the sauce over the chops and sprinkle with parsley. Delicious with some steamed greens and mashed potato…
Millins Slow Roast Lamb
Take some lamb neck fillet, dice into large chunks and slow roast sealed in foil (leave plenty of room inside your foil parcel!) with some chopped garlic and the juice and zest of 2 or 3 lemons for around 3 hours at a low temperature.
Great with a Greek salad, some mint yoghurt and flat bread…
Millins Lemon Roasted Chicken
Toss some chicken drumsticks and thighs and some whole garlic cloves in olive oil, lemon juice (throw in the whole lemon quarters too once you have squeezed them) and salt and pepper.
Roast until golden brown, occasionally turning, and add some torn fresh basil before serving with salad.
